Najla has been performing, teaching, and active in the Austin belly dance scene for more than two decades. She connects a lifetime of learning, seasoned instruction, and a passion for teaching to create engaging, playful, and informative classes and workshops. She approaches teaching with a “no student left behind” approach by creating a supportive and inclusive experience. She wants all her students to fall in love with the movement and music that is deeply rooted in Egyptian and Arabic culture and then learn how to take that movement and make it their own.
