​Move Like Water
Fusion Bellydance is a dance style characterized by its intrinsic beauty, full
of drama and exotic nuances. In this workshop, we will seek to enhance our movements, making them more flexible, elongated, and aesthetic, becoming aware of our body and its mobility. Inspired by the water element, we will focus on muscle dissociations and undulating movements, seeking total body control and developing muscle memory. Includes muscle strengthening, exercises, drills, and choreography.

Organic Dance
Organic body lines, displacements, and turns are the central focus of this workshop. With exercises and movements from modern ballet, we will explore spatial possibilities when dancing and the relationship between movement and clean body lines. Includes anatomy for dance, exercises for balance, core strength, and vertical alignment.
